You cannot frame SkyStar Software in other websites or write or execute "robots", "exe's", "cgi programs" to view our content. Any such usage will result in appropriate legal action including and not limited to civil & criminal actions. Any such action will result in immediate termination of the membership and legal action as outlined above. Any content/photos that you post on SkyStar Software that is deemed offensive, illegal or is violating the rights of other members can be reviewed and edited or deleted by the SkyStar Software team. The team also has the right to cancel or revoke the membership without notice in that case. By posting content/photos on SkyStar Software, you are issuing an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information to SkyStar Software You may not post any copyrighted material or trademarks or any other proprietary information without the written consent of the owner of that information on SkyStar Software By posting such content, you agree that you are solely responsible for such action and release SkyStar Software of any responsibility and legal actions taken by the content owner. SkyStar Software is not responsible for any disputes between members of SkyStar Software.

The site has the right, but no obligation to monitor and resolve any such disputes SkyStar Software is not responsible for any incorrect information / listing posted by other members of SkyStar Software. By registering as a member of SkyStar Software, you agree to receive email from SkyStar Software periodically. By registering as a member of SkyStar Software, we have full authority on the service provided and can at our discretion and work load, process customer requests for maintenance of their profiles. Any service request invoked by a member of SkyStar Software will be processed at a timely manner controlled by SkyStar Software and we are not responsible for any delays involved due to work load, outage of the service etc.
